Walter E. Williams is John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics at George Mason University. He is an expert on discrimination, labor policy, regulation, and South Africa. He is the author of South Africa's War Against Capitalism (Praeger Publishers, 1989), The State Against Blacks (Mcgraw-Hill, 1982), Do the Right Thing: The People's Economist Speaks (Hoover Institution Press, 1995), and More Liberty Means Less Government (Hoover Institution Press, 1999). He is an occasional substitute host on the Rush Limbaugh Show.
