Lisa Oliphant

Former Entitlements Policy Analyst

Lisa Oliphant, a former entitlements policy analyst, joined Cato in 1999 from the Hudson Institute. She holds her Masters in European Social Policy from the London School of Economics and has done extensive work in the privatization of social welfare programs in both Europe and the United States. Her current projects include a four-year progress report on welfare reform and a book on gender and education policy in the United States and Great Britain.
