Emmanuel Martin is the editor of Unmondelibre.org, the French language website of The Cato Institute. He has worked for the French classical liberal think tank ALEPS (Association pour la Liberté Economique et le Progrès Social), and has contributed columns to the website of the think tank www.libres.org. He regularly writes columns for the Institut Economique Molinari and the magazine Société Civile. He is a regular moderator and speaker of the International Akademie fur Fuehrungskraefte of the Friedrich Naumann foundation in Germany. Martin's academic work deals with 'faked development', market dynamics and growth, and the concept of civil society. He received his doctorate in Economics from the Faculté d'Economie Appliquée, Paul Cezanne University in France.
