Mohammad Jarhan-Parvar

Mohammad R. Jarhan-Parvar is the editor of Cheragheazadi.org, the Persian website of The Cato Institute, and is an assistant professor of Economics at East Carolina University. He is a past fellow of the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University and a faculty affiliate of the John Locke Foundation, Raleigh, North Carolina. He holds a B.S. in Economics with highest distinction from Beheshti University (National University of Iran), an M.S. in Applied Economics from Illinois State University, an M.S. in Statistics and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
