Nouh El Harmouzi is the public relations manager for Unmondelibre.org, the French language website of The Cato Institute. He taught macroeconomics and development theory, and his academic work dealt with developing economies, mainly in North Africa and the Middle East. His research focused on institutional dynamics, beliefs and their relationship with the process of development. He was also an intern at the Cato Institute where he worked on Misbahalhurriyya.org, and has helped with the organization of the New Economics Summer University in France. He received his doctorate in Economics from the Faculté d'Economie Appliquée, Paul Cezanne University in France.
