Diogo Costa is the editor of Ordemlivre.org, the Portuguese website of The Cato Institute. He was one of the winners of the first Donald Stewart Jr. Award, presented by Instituto Liberal, for his essay on Ludwig von Mises. In 2005 he interned for the Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity at The Cato Institute. His articles have appeared in various newspapers and websites, including O Estado de São Paulo (Brazil), Mídia Sem Máscara (Brazil), Buenas Aires Herald (Argentina), El Diario Exterior (Spain), Mmegi (Botswana) and the Panama News (Panama). Costa has appeared on the television show Manhattan Connection on Brazilian network GNT to discuss Ordemlivre.org. He received his B.A. in Law from Universidade Católica de Petrópolis, and his M.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
