David Archer
Program Manager, Center for Promotion of Human Rights
David Archer is program manager for the Center for Promotion of Human Rights at The Cato Institute. He has a particular interest in Arab-African relations. He previously interned in Cato's media department, and — prior to joining the Institute — worked in Business Development for Diageo PLC. He was an English Speaking Union scholar, and was awarded his M.A. in English with First-Class Honors from the University of St Andrews in Great Britain.
