featuring Jim Harper on the mandates and perils of REAL ID.

August 2, 2007

Congress may soon consider whether to spend billions of dollars attempting to entice states back into the REAL ID system. Jim Harper discusses REAL ID at a Capitol Hill Briefing entitled “Funding the REAL ID Act: Improved Homeland Security or More Washington Waste?”
