Thousands of Americans die every year because regulations create shortages of transplantable organs. Congress has directed the Department of Health and Human Services to report on "the ethical implications" of proposals to increase supply. Come hear leading experts discuss the ethics of existing policies and allowing market mechanisms to allocate transplantable organs.
