Sen. Christopher Bond has been a leader in congressional efforts to reform American elections. His concerns about voting fraud have influenced congressional debate and the final bill that is now taking shape in conference. Bond will talk about the prospects for election reform in the current Congress and take questions from the audience. Following Bond’s speech, two experts on elections will debate the current bill and its implications for the practice of American democracy.
