On Wednesday, February 20, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments on what may be the hottest issue before the Court this term — whether school vouchers are constitutional. Pointing to the Cleveland plan before the Court, as well as other plans around the country, advocates for school choice argue that thousands of inner-city children are at last getting a good education under constitutional conditions. Opponents believe that the Cleveland plan should be ruled unconstitutional because it creates excessive government entanglement with religion. Please join us as opposing sides debate the merits and the constitutionality of school vouchers, one day before the Court takes up the question.
